Refund Policy

Standard Bookings
Cancellations for standard sand pit bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the booking start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Party Bookings
Party bookings require a deposit to secure the date and time. Party deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled party time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the party date will result in the loss of the deposit.

General
Refunds are not available for no-shows, late arrivals, or bookings ended early. Sandland reserves the right to refuse refunds where removal from the play area is required due to safety or behaviour concerns.
